The Lodge comes in two versions.

We designed the original Lodge to be 2.3mtr high and features a loft and ladder inside.

Then we wanted to add the staircase from our popular Mansion playhouse but needed to raise the roof to 2.7mtr to accomodate it.

When ordering please specify whether you are interested in the loft and ladder or staircase version. 

Loft & Ladder version : £5999 (£6499 with deck and railings to front)

Staircase version: £6999 (£7499 with deck and railings to front)

   Standard Specification Includes:

• 3 opening sash style windows.
  
• 3 large fixed arched windows.
• choice of two door styles
• False shutters to lower front windows (choice of 2 styles).
• Charcoal black felt roofing tiles.
• All fixed glazing incorporate super tough and UV resistant 4mm clear acrylic.
• Sash style windows are white painted aluminum & incorporate toughened safety glass. The windows have spring catches that latch open in 2 positions. Removable insect screens are supplied as standard.
• Standard Interior:  painted cream walls, either white vinyl flooring and painted white loft / stairs or Varnished floor and loft / stairs.
• We can do the tudor interior finish as pictured below for no extra cost.

   Playhouse Dimensions:    (all sizes approximate)

• Base size: 3.6mtr wide x 1.8mtr front to back. (2.5 mtr with optional front deck).
• Height: 2.7mtr (staircase version), 2.3mtr (loft and ladder version) 
• Door height: 1.2mtr or 1mtr (dutch door)
  
• Conservatory interior = 1.2mtr wide x 1.2mtr front to back.
  

Optional Extras:   

• Deck and railings with gate to front. Add £499. whitewash or cedar stain.
• 2 Flower boxes below front lower windows. Add £40
