We designed the Georgian to provide maximum space inside & we certainly achieved that! At approx 12' wide x 8' deep & 10' high. The wall panels are 8' high alone, so this is a playhouse the kids will never grow out of.

We are planning on adding a grand porch with full height coloumns to this playhouse to add a lot more detail.

   Standard Specification Includes:

• 5 opening sash style windows or 4 plus large heart shape window above front doors.
  
• Double half glazed doors.
  
• Choice of False shutters to front windows or faux brickwork at corners
• Charcoal black felt roofing tiles.
• All fixed glazing incorporate super tough and UV resistant 4mm clear acrylic.
• Sash style windows are white painted aluminum & incorporate toughened safety glass. The windows have spring catches that latch open in 2 positions. Removable insect screens are supplied as standard.
• Standard Interior:  painted cream walls, either white vinyl flooring and painted white loft / stairs or Varnished floor and loft / stairs.
